Mr. Mauldin is a partner at the firm’s Little Rock office, where he has practiced since 1998. The primary focus of his practice is the defense of workers’ compensation claims before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Arkansas Court of Appeals. He has represented various employers involved in manufacturing and production, retail, construction, food services, and county governments as well as national insurance carriers. Mr. Mauldin frequently presents educational seminars on various topics related to workers’ compensation in Arkansas. His practice areas also include general liability as well as property and casualty. Mr. Mauldin has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in Arkansas and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association.

Mr. Mauldin graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He also received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He served as an Assistant Casenotes Editor for the UALR Law Journal, and his casenote, Single Hiring Decisions and Municipal Entities, was published in 1998.
