Will Olson is an associate attorney in the Little Rock, Arkansas office. His practice primarily focuses on high-stakes disputes and complex litigation involving antitrust, multi-district litigation, privacy and data security, class actions, and intellectual property. Mr. Olson also has experience in advising businesses and business leaders in a variety of transactional matters, regulatory compliance matters, and business-related matters affecting both public and private companies.

Prior to joining Roberts Law Firm, P.A., Mr. Olson was senior associate at a firm in the United States Territory of American Samoa where he represented clients in civil litigation and corporate transactional matters, among others. He also provided pre-litigation guidance and outside general counsel services on day-to-day issues and general corporate matters to several companies in the industries of maritime, shipping, banking, real estate and telecommunications.

Before his time in American Samoa, Mr. Olson was an attorney with a firm in Arkansas. There, Mr. Olson primarily handled civil litigation and transactional matters. He also served as legal counsel to two Arkansas cities and city prosecutor for three Arkansas cities.

During law school, Mr. Olson was a judicial extern for Judge D. Price Marshall, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas and a research assistant for Judge Alice Gray of the Pulaski County Circuit Court, 12th Division. He also served as an Articles Editor for the UALR Law Review and as a member of the UALR Moot Court Board. Mr. Olson was an overall winner and a recipient of the Top Brief for Respondent in the 2014 Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition, the overall individual winner of the 2014 Advocacy Slam Moot Court Competition, and the recipient of multiple Top Paper awards for earning the highest grade in a course.

Before law school, Mr. Olson trained and managed personnel at a Fortune 500 company in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
